What is a virtual number for Viber?

Why is Viber so hard to verify with a virtual number?

Viber often verifies with a flash call, where the code is the caller's number, and it restricts numbers its system flags. In our own records only 1 of 103 Viber orders received a code. Check the live odds before you try.

What happens if I enter the Viber PIN wrong?

Viber's help centre says five wrong entries when activating a new phone block you for five days, and five wrong entries when changing settings block you for 24 hours.

What happens if the Viber code does not arrive?

The order closes when its timer ends, about 15 minutes in our tests and never more than 20, and the full price returns to your VSIM balance automatically. You can also cancel earlier yourself, as long as no SMS has arrived.

Can I keep the number for Viber after the code?

No. A one-code number is released when the order closes, so a later Viber code sent to it cannot reach you. If you need a number you keep, see VSIM permanent numbers, or add an email and a password to the account as soon as you are in.
