Odds and prices: VSIM's live price list for Apple in every country, refreshed every 15 minutes. Odds are the share of recent orders on a route that received a code; routes without enough orders show no rate.
Our ledger: 106 Apple orders by 9 buyers in 13 countries, counted from VSIM's order database, 31 May 2024 to 11 October 2026. Tries are counted per buyer, in the order they placed their orders.

What is a virtual number for Apple?

A virtual number for Apple is a real mobile number you rent online to receive one Apple verification code by SMS, without a SIM card. On VSIM you choose the country, the number appears on your order page, the code shows up there, and the order closes. If no code arrives before the timer ends, the full price returns to your balance.

Why does Apple say the phone number is unavailable or cannot be used?

Apple's help centre says this appears when the number is already used by an existing Apple Account. Use another number: with VSIM, cancel for a refund and take a fresh one.

How long does Apple account recovery take without the number?

Apple says account recovery can take several days or longer, and Apple Support cannot shorten it. Recovery also sends its next steps to the same number that started it, so add a trusted number you own as soon as you are in.

What happens if the Apple code does not arrive?

The order closes when its timer ends, about 15 minutes in our tests and never more than 20, and the full price returns to your VSIM balance automatically. You can also cancel earlier yourself, as long as no SMS has arrived.

Can I keep the number for Apple after the code?

No. A one-code number is released when the order closes, so a later Apple code sent to it cannot reach you. If you need a number you keep, see VSIM permanent numbers, or add an email and a password to the account as soon as you are in.
