What do people ask first?
What is a virtual number?
A real mobile number you use online without a SIM card, usually to receive an SMS verification code. On VSIM you rent one for a single code: the number appears on your order page, the code shows up there, and if no code arrives the price is refunded.
Where should I start?
If you need a code now, start with the app guide for your app. If you want to understand why codes fail, start with the SMS verification guide.
Are these guides based on real data?
Yes. They draw on VSIM's own order records (13,062 one-code orders from May 2024 to October 2026), our crypto top-up records, today's live price list, and official help pages, which each guide links.
