Will the network fee eat a small top-up?
Fees are set by the blockchain and by your exchange, not by VSIM, and they do not shrink with the amount. Type what you plan to top up and the fee your wallet shows: the scale tips when the fee is a big share.
- If the exchange takes its fee out of the transfer, less than the invoice arrives and the top-up is not credited automatically. Send the invoice amount plus the fee.
- Fees vary by coin and network. For a small top-up, compare the fees your wallet shows for each network the checkout offers.

Exchanges often take their withdrawal fee out of what you send. A short payment waits for a person: open a ticket with the transaction ID.
Sent on another network
A transfer on a different network does not reach the invoice. Open a ticket with the transaction ID and both network names; recovery depends on the gateway and is not guaranteed.
Still confirming

Usually one of three things: less than the invoice amount arrived, often because an exchange took its withdrawal fee out of the transfer; the coins were sent on a different network than the invoice named; or the blockchain is still confirming. A short or wrong-network payment needs a support ticket with the transaction ID.
How do I get the bonus on a top-up?
