How do you reset a VSIM password?

Short answer: enter your account e-mail on this page, open the e-mail “Reset your VSIM password” from noreply@vsim.co within 60 minutes, and choose a new password of 8 to 200 characters. VSIM signs you in at once, and your balance and orders do not change.

  • Needs only your account e-mail
  • Takes about a minute of your time
  • Costs nothing
  1. 1Ask

Type your account e-mail and press the button. Every address gets the same reply.

    Form → "Check your inbox"

Where in your mailbox did the reset e-mail land?

Gmail: three moves

  1. Open the Promotions and Updates tabs, then Spam in the left menu.
  2. Paste from:noreply@vsim.co in the search bar: it looks in every folder at once, Spam included.
  3. Found it in Spam? Press Report not spam first, so the link works like any inbox link.

Two reset e-mails? Open only the newest one. Every request voids the links before it.

What changes the moment you save a new password, and what stays?

A reset swaps the lock, not the house. Undock the other browsers, then read the manifest of an example account before and after.

How hard is it to guess a VSIM reset link?

The link carries a 64-character key made from 32 random bytes. Pick an attacker below and see how long guessing it would take on average.

A reset link, decoded. Tap a part.

The key: 64 characters, 256 bits

Made fresh by the server for each request. VSIM keeps only its SHA-256 fingerprint, so even someone reading the database could not rebuild it.

What the link never carries

  • your e-mail
  • your password
  • your balance
  • a sign-in session
The link alone does not say whose account it is. It still opens the reset form until it is used or its hour runs out, so never forward it.

Which warning light is on, and what is the fix?

Press the lamp that matches what you see. Its checklist opens beside the panel.

NO E-MAILCaution: fixable in a minute

No e-mail after a few minutes

VSIM hands the e-mail over the moment you press the button. Silence almost always comes from a mailbox filter, or from an address with no VSIM account.

What new password should you pick so this never happens again?

A passphrase: five random words and two digits. Long enough to be strong, easy enough to remember. Roll one here; it is made in your browser and never sent.

What do people ask about resetting a VSIM password?

The e-mail

Which address does the reset e-mail come from?

From noreply@vsim.co, with the subject "Reset your VSIM password" and a button that says "Choose a new password".

Why did I not get the reset e-mail?

Usually it is in Spam, Junk or a Promotions tab, or the account uses another address. The page replies the same for every address, so it cannot tell you which.

How many reset e-mails can I ask for?

Five per connection in any rolling hour. The sixth request is refused, but the newest link you already have keeps working.

Your account

Does resetting my password affect my balance or orders?

No. The balance, order history, received codes, permanent numbers and tickets stay exactly as they were.

What happens to my other devices after a reset?

Every other browser that was signed in is signed out on its next page. Only the browser where you saved the new password stays in.

I used VSIM before the new site. Do I need to reset?

Not necessarily. Accounts moved over with the same e-mail, and the old password works on the first sign-in. Reset only if it does not.

What if I lost access to my account e-mail?

The link can only go to that address. Try to recover the mailbox first, then write to @vsim_support with your order numbers and last top-up date. Support answers every day from 08:00 to 24:00 Tehran time.

Safety

Is it safe to click a VSIM reset link?

Yes, when you asked for it yourself and the address starts with https://vsim.co/reset-password/. Never open a reset link someone sent you in a chat.

Will VSIM support ever ask for my password or reset link?

No. Support writes only as @vsim_support on Telegram and never needs your password, a reset link or a payment to unlock an account.

Can someone use this page to find out if I have an account?

No. Every address gets the same reply, whether or not an account uses it.

Ready to get back to your balance?

Your window opens the moment you press send, and everything in the account is waiting where you left it.
